Kristin Wilson spends her days juggling projects as a mom, writer, actress and social worker.  She remains hopeful about trading her anxiety for inner peace (even though she feels hopelessly out of place in yoga class and her ADD tendencies get in the way of meditation after 5 minutes).  She would give her left pinky for an uninterrupted night of sleep because she suspects this might just be the answer to inner peace among other things.
